Our return policy is designed to prioritize your experience. You have 3 days the date of receiving your item to request a return in case of damage. However, please note that unless the item is damaged, we do not allow returns. Shipments returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts without response will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, simply email us detailing the issue, and we'll kickstart the return/refund process promptly. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
